2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. Golden Delicious apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. raisins
1 env. gelatin
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. honey

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until partially set. Fold in apples, walnuts, and raisins. Pour into lightly oiled 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until almost set. Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water. Stir over low heat until dissolved; cool. Combine salad dressing, sour cream, and honey. Mix well, gradually adding gelatin to salad dressing mixture. Mix well; pour over fruit layer. Chill until firm and unmold. 6 to 8 servings.
