STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 round steak
1 lb. bag carrots
3 lbs. potatoes
1 onion
2 tbsp. steak sauce

Pound steak and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in baking dish with 1 tablespoon oil. Spread with steak sauce and sprinkle onion over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. While steak is cooking slice and cook the carrots. Cook and mash the potatoes as for mashed potatoes. When steak is ready put drained carrots over steak and potatoes over carrots. Put a few slices of butter on top and return to oven for another 1/2 hour.
