FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM 
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
4 eggs (separated)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 qt. crushed ripe peaches
Enough milk to finish 1 gallon

Beat egg whites to stiff peak. Add beaten egg yolks, flour, salt and vanilla. Bring water, sugar to rolling boil and slowly pour egg mixture while beating. Add condensed and evaporated milk. Mix well; add peaches and milk to finish gallon. Freeze.
