EASY HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM | |
3 egg yolks 2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Red food coloring (optional) 2 c. whipping cream In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipped cream, beat well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. NOTE: Use only grade A unmarked eggs. |
