WILD RICE AND SHRIMP 
1 pkg. Uncle Dan's wild rice, fix as directed on pkg. (don't over cook)
1/4-1/2 c. onion, diced
1/4-1/2 c. green pepper, diced
2 c. shrimp, med.
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4-1/2 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Parmesan, Romano cheese

Saute onion, celery and green pepper. Mix together with shrimp, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
