BUDGET BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lbs. beef, cubed 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup 1 c. red wine Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles sprinkled with poppy seeds. Serves 2 to 4. To extend recipe, add mushrooms, small onions, or carrots. Serve with tossed salad and herbed bread. Can be prepared the day before. It actually tastes better the second day. |
