SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions (1/4 c. chopped)
3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef. Drain. Cook noodles and drain. Add beef. Add other ingredients except cheese. Mix lightly. Put in greased casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
