CORNBREAD PIE | |
1 can corn whole kernel, drained 1 bell pepper 1 onion 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 can tomato soup Salt 1 lb. ground beef 2 boxes Jiffy mix Brown beef, pepper, onions; drain off fat. Mix in tomato soup, corn, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes. Make up cornbread; cook 1 layer. Put mixture on top. Cook another layer of cornbread. Place on top. Put in oven and let brown. |
