APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. gelatin
1 can apricots
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. pecans
Juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 1 cup juice from apricots. Add water if necessary to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 cup cold water and add to Jello. Add orange and lemon juice. Either mash or puree apricots. Form balls of desired size from cream cheese and push into bottom of molds. Spoon Jello mixture over balls and then sprinkle nuts on top.
