SAUSAGE AND SAUCE 
5 lb. smoked or fresh sausage
2 c. ketchup
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 oz. instant onion
1 tbsp. instant garlic powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut sausage into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Cover sausage with water in large saucepan and boil 3 minutes.

In separate pot, cook ketchup, butter, sugar, onion, garlic and Worcestershire until boiling. Drain sausage and add to sauce. Cook on low heat about 30 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
