HOT BACON DRESSING 
5-6 strips cooked bacon
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
Grease from 3 bacon strips, estimate
Dissolve: 1 tsp. beef bouillon in 1/2 c. water

Add to bacon grease and heat until thick. Pour hot dressing over spinach. Crumble cooked bacon over top of salad. (May add chopped boiled egg, if desired.) Serves 5.
