“RON'S BUFFALO WINGS” IS IN:

RON'S BUFFALO WINGS 
4 lb. chicken wings
oil, for frying

Divide wings at joint and discard tip. Deep fry at poultry setting for 11 minutes (for crispy wings). Do not crowd in deep fryer.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 oz. FRANK'S® Red Hot sauce (I like extra hot sauce)
cayenne pepper (optional)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter

Prepare sauce by mixing tomato sauce, FRANK'S® Red Hot sauce and cayenne pepper together.

Melt butter and set aside.

Once wings are finished frying remove from fryer and drain excess oil.

Put enough of the sauce and about 2 tablespoons of the butter in a frying pan and heat until boiling and then add the wings and move around until completely coated.

Absolutely delicious!
