PECAN BALLS | |
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks), softened 3 tbsp. powdered sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. pecans, chopped fine 2 tsp. vanilla Mix together and roll in balls. Bake in slow oven about 40 minutes or until done. When baked, sift powdered sugar over them. (Slow oven, 250 to 300 degrees.) |
