DIXIE HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground baked ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground fresh pork, uncooked
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk

II:
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

I: Mix all ingredients from I and form into balls and place in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Be sure to cover tightly after sauce is poured over hamballs.

II: Mix ingredients in II. Pour over balls in baking dish and bake for one hour. Test. Must be well done because of fresh pork in them. May take over an hour.

Baked ham is baked in 350 degree oven with mixture of mayonnaise and Golden's mustard; spread over scored ham.
