SAUERKRAUT & SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (28 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 tbsp. sliced onion
Instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings)
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In skillet, brown sausage; drain. Combine sauerkraut and onions. Place in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with sausage. Prepare mashed potato according to package directions, stirring in half cheese. Spread potato mixture atop sausage. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
