CREAMED SPAGHETTI 
7 oz. pkg. spaghetti
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed

Brown meat, green pepper, onion and mushrooms. Add tomato sauce. Cook spaghetti until done.

Place 1/2 of the spaghetti in a casserole dish. Pour cottage cheese and sour cream mixture over it. Add the remaining half of spaghetti. Pour meat mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
