TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lb. bag hash browns
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. melted cheese
3/4 c. additional butter, melted
2 c. corn flakes

Place hash browns in a 9 x 13 dish and sprinkle onions and salt and pepper on top. Mix 3/4 cup butter, soup, sour cream, and cheese and pour over potatoes and onions. Mix 3/4 of butter and corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
