TEXAS POTATOES 
24 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. Lawry's season salt
1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup and sour cream, season salt. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with a layer of grated Cheddar cheese followed by the mixture of corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
