RUBY CHICKEN 
4 servings chicken breast
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
Rice

Mix all marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken breasts. Let stand in refrigerator, covered, overnight. Next day, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice.
