CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Cream 2 packages cream cheese. Add sugar and blend with cornstarch. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla and milk. Blend until smooth. Grease an 8 x 8 x 1 3/4 inch deep pan with butter and flour (I use the foil disposable pan). Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off. Let cheese cake sit in oven for 5 minutes after cooling. Refrigerate.
