HOMINY-BEEF BAKE 
2 lb. ground beef
3 med. onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can whole white hominy, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. chili mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas, cut up

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain off excess fat. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put into a 4-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 300 degrees for 2 hours. 12 servings.
