SOUR CREAM BEAN BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (10 oz.) can hot or mild enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can diced green chiles
Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat in saucepan. Chop onion and add to cooking meat. Drain meat. Add pinto beans, enchilada sauce, soup and green chiles. Simmer for 10 minutes. Layer in 9x9 inch baking dish meat mix on bottom with tortilla chips over meat and a layer of cheese over chips. Make many layers, ending with cheese layer. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Place sour cream on top and cook 2-3 minutes more. Serves 4-6.
