ENCHILADA BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
2 c. broken tortilla chips
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Brown meat, add onion, garlic powder, tomato sauce and olives. Saute until onion is nearly tender. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies. Place 1/2 of chips in greased 9"x9" casserole. Pour meat mixture over, put sour cream mixture over meat, rest of chips over all. Add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven off, sprinkle cheese over and let set 10 minutes.
