ENCHILADA BAKE 
10 oz. can enchilada sauce
16 oz. can chili with beans
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 bag Fritos
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream (optional)

Combine all except 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream. Spread in casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with remaining cheese and sour cream and bake for 5 minutes.
