ENCHILADA BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can chopped green chilies
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. taco seasoning
12 flour tortillas

Spray bottom of pan with Pam. Brown meat and drain. Mix tomato sauce and seasoning with meat. Simmer fifteen minutes. Combine sour cream, mushroom soup, and green chilies. Put meat on flour tortilla and roll up. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. After you have rolled up all tortillas, pour the sour cream, soup, and green chili mixture on top of that. Put shredded cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
