BAKED ENCHILADAS | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 can green chilies 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild) 1 c. shredded cheese 8 to 10 flour tortilla shells Brown ground beef, onion, garlic. Drain. Add green chilies and cream of chicken soup. Spoon this mixture into tortilla shells and roll up. Place seam side down into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. |
