1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Drain sauerkraut and combine with rest of the ingredients.

Dressing:
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar

Mix well and pour over salad. Refrigerate overnight.
