SAUERKRAUT SALAD | |
1 can sauerkraut (drained) 16 oz. or larger 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. salad oil 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. white vinegar Mix sauerkraut, celery, onion and green pepper in large bowl. Add salad oil. Cook sugar and vinegar (you may use a little more vinegar if you desire) for a few minutes. Add to other ingredients and let stand overnight. |
