POTATO RAGS 
6 potatoes
1 onion
1 c. Ranch dressing
1 block Cheddar cheese
oil (for deep fryer)

Shred potatoes and drop into deep fryer until crispy. Let them drain on paper towels to soak up oil. Combine potatoes, onion and cheese and bake at 350°F for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour Ranch dressing over the top.
