TEETHING COOKIES (FOR BABIES) 
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. molasses
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. wheat germ

Blend honey, molasses, oil and beaten egg yolk. Stir in vanilla, salt, flours, and wheat germ. Dough should be stiff; if too thick add a little milk, if too thin add a little more flour. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 1 x 1 1/2 inch rectangular pieces. Place on unoiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
