1 stick butter
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 lg. box Rice Chex

Put the above ingredients in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir well. Pour the Rice Chex into a large bowl, slowly pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex. It will look horrible, but don't panic. Gently fold the mixture over all until Chex are covered.

Take a medium white kitchen trash bag and pour half a pound box of confectioners sugar into the bottom. Then pour the horrible looking chocolate mess on top. Cover with rest of box of sugar. Tie top of bag with a twist tie and gently roll bag from hand to hand. Do this about 10 times. Open bag, and a miracle has occured! The Rice Chex are now individual and everyone is covered with the white powdered sugar and tastes like a peanut butter cup.
