1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 box Crispix cereal
1 white unscented garbage bag

Heat chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter in saucepan until melted, stirring to blend. Place cereal in a large bowl and pour chocolate mixture over it. Mix well. Place 1/2 pound of powdered sugar in garbage bag and pour cereal on top of sugar. Repeat with remaining sugar and cereal. Close bag and toss contents. Open, remove and enjoy.
