SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2 lbs. large shrimp
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. extra dry Vermouth
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Brown shrimp in olive oil. Add vermouth, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until the liquid is gone. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice. Heat and serve.
