THREE LAYER COOKIES | |
Club crackers 1 stick butter 1 c. crushed graham crackers 3/4 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. milk 1 c. white sugar 3/4 c. peanut butter 1 c. chocolate chips Melt together sugars, butter, graham crackers and milk. Boil for 2 minutes. Set aside. Grease 9"x13" pan. Put 1 layer of Club crackers in bottom of pan. Spread sugar mixture over crackers. Add another layer of Club crackers. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together. Spread on top of crackers. Store in refrigerator. |
