VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots & cauliflower)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Cheddar cheese

Crush crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread vegetables and water chestnuts over crackers.

In saucepan heat cream cheese, soup and butter. Pour cheese mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs over casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
