BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. butter, divided
1 tube Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables. Combine in dish with cheese and 1/2 cup cubed butter.

In separate bowl, melt remaining butter, add lemon juice. Mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Spread on top of vegetables. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
