BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 jar boiled onions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 stack pkg. of Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli and cauliflower until barely soft. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add onions, drained, combine soup, milk, and mayonnaise and pour over vegetables. Crush Ritz, combine with butter. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
