GOD'S GARDEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrot combination
1 can sliced and drained water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1-2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded colby cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley

Blend soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Stir in chicken, slightly cooked vegetables, and water chestnuts. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese and parsley over top. Mix butter and corn flakes and sprinkle over top of cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
