2 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa

Mix well. Cook without stirring until it will fall in heavy flakes from spoon. Add butter the size of an egg when you think it is done. Let cool before spreading.
