HELEN'S SOUP 
3 c. broth, chicken or turkey
1 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. green beans (French)
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley

Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Add 1 can evaporated milk mixed with 2 tablespoons flour. Simmer another 20 minutes. Serve.
