SIMPLE BARBECUE SHRIMP | |
2 c. extra virgin olive oil 8-10 cloves garlic, peeled & cut in half 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 c. coarsely ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. red chili pepper flakes Juice of 1 lemon 1/4 tsp. grated lemon zest 2 lbs. med. shrimp, leave shells on Combine all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. Add some of the marinade to skillet over high heat. Add shrimp and saute until done, 7 to 8 minutes. Add rest of marinade to warm. Pour over shrimp. |
