BARBECUE SHRIMP 
3 sticks butter
Juice of 2 lemons or 1 1/2 c. white wine
2 pods garlic
2 tbsp. coarse black pepper
Onion salt
Parsley
Barbecue seasoning

Bring all ingredients to a good boil; add drained shrimp with or without heads. Simmer in covered pot 20-30 minutes. Turn shrimp several times. They should be pink in color and sauce should be orange in color.
