FRITO CHILI PIE 
1 onion, chopped
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. tomato juice
1 can chili beans
1 packet chili seasoning mix
1 bag corn chips
2 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomato juice, beans and seasoning mix; set aside. Layer casserole dish with chips, chili, cheese, chips, chili, cheese until all ingredients are used. Cook at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
