SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. haddock or scrod
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
Ground pepper
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of shrimp soup
Paprika & garlic powder

In a casserole dish, layer as such: Fish, soup, shrimp, soup, scallops, soup.

Melt butter and crush crackers in butter until it is all absorbed. Spread on top of layers. Sprinkle with a dash of garlic powder and pepper. Top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
