ZUCCHINI PARMESAN 
1 lg. zucchini
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
Small container Italian style bread crumbs
4 oz. pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 c. spaghetti sauce
Olive oil to brown

Wash and slice zucchini. Do not peel. Mix eggs and milk in small bowl. Dip zucchini slices in egg mixture then in bread crumbs. Brown in olive oil in preheated skillet. Remove to baking sheet. Cover with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
