OLD FASHIONED CORNBREAD 
2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 oz. baking powder
6 eggs
About a quart of milk

Mix together dry ingredients, add eggs and milk. Put a stick of butter in pan and melt. Pour some of melted butter into cornbread mixture. Mix and pour into pan. Cook at about 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until done. This makes a 12"x15" pan.
