OLD FASHIONED CORNBREAD 
2 c. meal
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
6 tbsp. olive oil

Grease iron skillet with olive oil; pour remaining oil into other ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into skillet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
