CABBAGE PATCH STEW | |
2 lb. ground chuck 1 lg. can kidney beans 1 med. can tomatoes 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1 pkg. chili-o mix 2 lg. onions, cut up 1 c. celery, cut up 2 c. cabbage, cut up 1 1/2 c. water Brown ground chuck. Pour off grease. Add onions, cabbage and celery. Brown until vegetables turns a light yellow. Then add water. Cook until water is cooked down. Put beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili-o mix in big pot. Add ground chuck mixture to pot. Cook until vegetables are tender. |
