BAKED CHICKEN WITH RICE
CASSEROLE
 
3/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 cut up fryer
1/2 pkg. Lipton soup
4 slices bacon
2 stalks celery
1 onion, chopped

Put rice, soup and milk in casserole. Salt and pepper chicken and roll in flour. Lay on top of rice and soup. Stir in pan onion, celery and bacon; add to casserole. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover and don't peek. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
