LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 box white, yellow or lemon cake mix
1 box (regular) lemon Jello
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten until foamy

Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool exactly 20 minutes. Jab top of cake all over with fork. Mix 2 cups powdered sugar with 1/2 cup lemon juice. Pour over cake. Top with whipped cream if desired.
